Fructose offers pure, concentrated sweetness with a low GI benefit.
Huletts Fructose is derived from sugar cane and is an important source of energy for the body. It is up to 1.5 times sweeter than table sugar (sucrose), which means you use less of it to achieve the same sweetness as sugar, and therefore reduce your daily kilojoule intake.
Huletts Fructose produces superior baking results and it improves the colour of baked goods.
