French Pear Dessert
Makes 4–5 servings
160 ml Milk
- In a blender, combine the milk, cream, sugar, flour and eggs. Blend for 5 seconds, then add the vanilla essence.
- Transfer to a buttered 1 litre ovenproof dish and place the pear rounds on top. Sprinkle the sugar over the pears and dot with the butter.
- Bake at 200°C for approximately 50 minutes, then serve immediately.
