Mango & Yoghurt Treat



3–4 Fresh Mangoes, peeled and sliced (or when not in season, 1 can of drained mango pieces)
500 ml Plain Greek Yoghurt
250 ml (1 cup) Huletts Treacle Sugar
Mint, to decorate



  1. In individual bowls or one large bowl, place a layer of mango pieces. Top with a layer of yoghurt.
  2. Sprinkle a thick layer of Treacle Sugar on top. Continue layering until all the ingredients are used up.
  3. Garnish with fresh mint.

Note: The Treacle Sugar will dissolve into a tasty syrup.
