Beetroot Salad with Parma and Golden Syrup Dressing

Ingredients:

200g Beetroot, cooked and quartered
1 x 80g Packet mixed baby salad leaves
8-10 Strawberries, halved
100g Blue cheese
100g Parma shavings

Dressing:
50ml Balsamic vinegar
50ml Olive oil
50ml Huletts Golden Syrup
1 Garlic glove, crushed
Salt and pepper, to taste

Method: 

Method

  1. Spread the salad leaves decoratively onto a serving plate or platter.
  2. Mix the dressing ingredients together and place in the microwave for 15-30 seconds on high. Stir well to combine.
  3. Pour hot dressing over salad just before serving.
