
Caramelised Popcorn
Ingredients: Ingredients150g Huletts White Sugar300g (375ml) Huletts Golden Syrup 12,5g butter 12 cups plain unflavoured popcorn |

Method
- Heat the first three ingredients together in a heavy bottomed pot over low heat. Stir continuously until the sugar has dissolved.
- Increase heat to medium. Boil until soft crack stage 143ÂșC.
- Remove from stove, pour over popcorn and stir through well.
- Turn out on large baking sheet and leave to cool. Separate popcorn.
- Allow to cool and store immediately.
