Champagne Cupcakes

Serves 24

Ingredients: 

24 x mini chocolate cupcakes (shop bought or see our recipe here)

1 x 250 g pack Huletts Strawberry Flavoured Icing

130 g (1 cup) Huletts Icing Sugar

12 Fresh Strawberries

2 x 750 ml bottles Champagne, or sparkling wine, of your choice

Method: 
  1. Prepare the strawberry icing as per instructions on pack and use the piping bag and nozzle supplied with icing pack to pipe the icing in a round swirl on top of half the cupcakes. Top with strawberries and set aside.
  2. Prepare the plain icing sugar as per instructions on pack and add to the pipping bag with remainder of strawberry icing. Pipe on top of remainder of the cupcakes.
  3. To serve: Pour Champagne or sparkling wine into Champagne glasses and gently place cupcakes on top.
