Chia, Pineapple and Coconut Milk Smoothie

Makes 2 – 3 glasses, depending on size

Ingredients: 
750 ml (3 cups) fresh pineapple cut into chunks
1 banana
1 x 400g tin light coconut milk
15 ml (1 T) chia seeds
4 sachets Huletts EquiSweet
Method: 
  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until thoroughly chilled and the chia seeds have swollen.

Tip: For different flavours add blueberries or strawberries to the mix.
