Chocolate Coffee with Biscuits and Ice cream

Makes 2 large drinks


6 chocolate and cream centre biscuits

30 ml (2 T) Huletts treacle sugar

30 ml (2 T) cocoa powder

15 ml (1 T) instant pure coffee granules

500 ml (2 cups) vanilla ice cream

375 ml (1 ½ cups) milk

125 ml (½ cup) whipped cream for decoration

Extra chocolate and cream biscuits for decoration

  1. Place the 6 biscuits, Huletts treacle sugar, cocoa, coffee, ice cream and milk in a blender and blend until well combined.
  2. Divide between 2 large glasses, and top with whipped cream.
  3. Decorate with crushed biscuits or serve with biscuits on the side.
