Cool Passion Fruit Drink

Serves 4



50ml Huletts Castor or White Sugar (or to taste)
2 litre lukewarm water
12 medium sized fresh passion fruit or 3 small tins
Juice of 1 large or 2 small lemon, freshly squeezed



  1. Stir the sugar into the lukewarm water until the sugar had dissolved.
  2. Using a teaspoon, scoop the pulp from the passion fruit halves. Add the fresh pulp or the pulp from the tins to the water and sugar mixture.
  3. Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  4. Place in fridge for mixture to cool completely. Serve as a drink with lots of ice.
