Green Ginger Smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients: 

375 ml (1 ½ cup) water

500 ml (2 cups) baby spinach leaves, washed and dried

2 ripe pears, seeds removed and diced

15 ml (1 T) fresh lemon juice

5 ml (1 t) freshly grated ginger

60 ml (¼ cup) rolled oats

5 ml (1 t) Huletts EquiSweet

mint to garnish, optional

Method: 
  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve in glasses or bottles
