Lindy’s Lemonade

To Serve: Mix 1 part syrup to 4 parts water. Serve with mint and lemon.

The juice of 10 large lemons
2,5kg Huletts White Sugar
15ml citric acid
15ml tartaric acid
15ml Epsom salts
1,5 litre boiling water

Method: 

Method

  1. Pour the lemon juice into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Pour into sterilized bottles and seal.
