Matcha Green Tea Coconut Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients: 
2 bananas   
10 ice cubes
500ml (2 cups) coconut milk
15ml (1 T) Huletts EquiSweet
10ml (2 t) Matcha Green Tea powder
 
Method: 
  1. Slice each banana into 4 pieces and place in a blender along with the ice cubes.
  2. Add the coconut milk, Huletts EquiSweet and green tea powder to the blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Drink immediately as the banana will start to discolour and the vibrancy of the Matcha Green Tea will be lost.
 
Tip: Full fat coconut milk or full cream milk may be used for a richer smoothie.
