Mexican Hot Chocolate

Serves 1


250 ml (1 cup) fat free milk

1-2 sachets Huletts EquiSweet Sucralose

½ t vanilla essence

1 pinch of cayenne pepper

1 pinch of salt

¼ t ground cinnamon

30 ml (2 T) cocoa powder


Combine all the ingredients in a medium saucepan and place over medium to low heat while whisking constantly until well mixed and frothy.
