Mint Hot Chocolate

Highly stable under heat, EquiSweet is perfect for making hot chocolate.

Serves 1


250 ml (1 cup) fat-free milk

30 ml (2 T) cocoa

2.5 ml (½ t) peppermint essence

2 sachets Huletts EquiSweet Classic


Combine the milk, cocoa and peppermint essence in a small saucepan and place on medium to low heat until heated through while stirring occasionally.


Stir in the Huletts EquiSweet Classic and serve.
