Mocha Coffee

Serves 4


250 ml (1 cup) fat free milk

4-6 sachets Huletts EquiSweet Sucralose

5 ml (1 t) vanilla essence

30 ml (2 T) cocoa

1 litre (4 cups) brewed filter coffee

  1. Combine the milk, Huletts EquiSweet Sucralose, vanilla essence and cocoa in a medium saucepan and place over medium to low heat for 5 minutes while stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
  2. Add coffee to the milk mixture and heat through.
