Oat Honey Squares

Oat Honey Squares

Makes 24 biscuits, depending on size.



140ml honey
150 g (190ml) Huletts SunSweet Brown Sugar
150 g butter
50 g sesame seeds
100 g sunflower seeds
100 g dried cranberries
320 g (250ml x 4) oats



  1. Place the honey, sugar and butter in a small pan and bring to the boil.
  2. Turn heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Stirring frequently.
  3. Line a 23 x 32 cm baking sheet with baking paper and spray with cooking spray.
  4. Remove honey mixture from heat and add the remainder of ingredients and mix well.
  5. Press evenly onto the baking sheet. Leave to cool.
  6. Cut into even sized squares.
