Oat Honey Squares
Makes 24 biscuits, depending on size.
- Place the honey, sugar and butter in a small pan and bring to the boil.
- Turn heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Stirring frequently.
- Line a 23 x 32 cm baking sheet with baking paper and spray with cooking spray.
- Remove honey mixture from heat and add the remainder of ingredients and mix well.
- Press evenly onto the baking sheet. Leave to cool.
- Cut into even sized squares.
