Pineapple & Ginger Smoothie

1 Fresh pineapple cut into chunks
1 small knob ginger - coarsely chopped
3 - 4 Sachets Huletts Equisweet
Sprig of mint

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into a glass and top with mint
