Raspberry Jam

Makes ±250ml jam

300g frozen raspberries
165g (310ml) Huletts Icing Sugar
10ml fresh lemon juice

Method: 

Method

  1. Place raspberries and sugar in a non-stick pot over high heat and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Bring to the boil and cook, stirring continuously for 8-10 minutes until the mixture is reduced and thickened.
  3. Spoon into a sterilised bottle.
