Warming Rooibos Tea
125 ml (½ cup) fat free milk or water
1 cinnamon stick
2.5 ml (½ t) vanilla essence
125 ml (½ cup) rooibos tea, strongly brewed
1-2 sachets Huletts EquiSweet Classic
- Combine the milk, cinnamon stick and vanilla essence in a small saucepan and place over medium to low heat while stirring occasionally.
- Remove cinnamon stick and stir in the rooibos tea and Huletts EquiSweet Classic.
