Spicy Apple Smoothie

2 Apples
2 Ripe Bananas - Peeled
125ml Low Fat Yoghurt
125ml Fresh Orange Juice
125ml Unsweetened Apple Juice
3ml Cinnamon
2-3 Sachets Huletts EquiSweet

Method: 

Method

  1. Remove the apples cores, and chop apple into 4 segments
  2. Place all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
  3. These quantities make enough for two servings.
