Sticky Chilli Chicken Wings
1,5kg chicken wings
- To make the chilli sauce, place the chillies, ginger, water, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar in a deep frying pan over medium heat and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the chicken wings and cook, covered, for 30-35 minutes while stirring occasionally.
- Remove the lid and continue cooking for 15-20 minutes, turning the chicken until it is cooked and well coated in the chilli sauce.
- Sprinkle with coriander and serve.
