Strawberry Kiwi Crush

Serves 2

Ingredients: 

For the strawberry crush:

500 ml (2 cups) fresh strawberries (sliced)

125 ml (1/2 cup) water

5 ml (1t) Huletts EquiSweet

10 ml (2t) fresh lemon juice

500 ml (2 cups) ice

 

For the kiwi crush:

4 kiwi fruit (peeled and sliced)

125 ml (1/2 cup) water

10 ml (2t) Huletts EquiSweet

5 ml (1 t) fresh lemon juice

500 ml (2 cups) ice

Method: 

For the strawberry crush:

  1. Place the strawberries, water, Huletts EquiSweet, lemon juice and ice in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Set aside.

For the kiwi crush:

  1. Place the kiwi fruit, water, Huletts EquiSweet, lemon juice and ice in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Carefully pour half of the kiwi crush into the 2 glasses.
  3. Tilt the glass at an angle and top up each glass with the strawberry crush.
  4. Decorate with finely chopped kiwi fruit and strawberries. Serve chilled.
