Tiramisu in a Jar

Serves 6


1 packet Boudoir biscuits
50 ml (1 cup) black coffee, brewed as desired
300 ml cream
100 g (200 ml) Huletts Cappuccino Flavoured Icing Sugar
6 jars, to serve

  1. Line the jars with coffee dipped Boudoir biscuits.
  2. Whip the cream and add icing sugar. Continue whipping until firm peaks form.
  3. Pipe into the jars and garnish as desired.
