Sweet Mustard Sauce
Ingredients125 ml ( ½ cup) Huletts Golden Syrup
60 ml ( ¼ cup) Wholegrain Mustard
30 ml (2 tbsp) Vinegar
125 ml ( ½ cup) Water
3 ml ( ½ tsp) English Mustard
30 ml (2 tbsp) Huletts White Sugar
125 ml ( ½ cup) Cream
- Combine all the ingredients, except the cream, together in a saucepan.
- Slowly bring to the boil, stirring until it thickens.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the cream (do not allow to boil once cream has been added).
Serving Suggestions: Serve with ribs, chicken, kebabs, or any smoked meat.
