Coffee Sauce

Makes about 200 ml

10 ml (2 t) Instant Coffee Powder
150 ml Double Cream
15 ml (1 T) Milk
30 ml (2 T) Huletts Castor Sugar
A few drops of Vanilla Essence

Method: 

Method

  1. Dissolve the coffee powder in 10 ml (2 teaspoons) of hot water in a bowl and leave to cool slightly.
  2. Stir in the cream, milk, sugar and vanilla essence. Whisk until the cream begins to hold its shape.
