Cranberry Sauce

Makes approximately 500 ml



500 g Fresh Cranberries OR Frozen Cranberries
125 ml ( ½ cup) Water
250 ml (1 cup) Huletts White Sugar



  1. Cook the cranberries, water and sugar for about 20–25 minutes, or until the cranberries are very tender and the mixture has started to become thick and syrupy.
  2. Allow to cool and place in a blender or food processor. Blend until the cranberries are chopped but not completely smooth.

Serving Suggestions: Serve with cheeses such as Camembert or Brie, or with festive meats such as turkey or ham.
