Makes approximately 500 ml
500 g Fresh Cranberries OR Frozen Cranberries
- Cook the cranberries, water and sugar for about 20–25 minutes, or until the cranberries are very tender and the mixture has started to become thick and syrupy.
- Allow to cool and place in a blender or food processor. Blend until the cranberries are chopped but not completely smooth.
Serving Suggestions: Serve with cheeses such as Camembert or Brie, or with festive meats such as turkey or ham.
