Best Ever Homemade Mustard
Makes ± 400 ml
200 g (250 ml) Huletts White Sugar
- Mix all the ingredients together and beat until smooth in the top of a double boiler until the sauce thickens.
- Stir occasionally.
- Cook until the foaminess at the top disappears, ± 20 minutes.
- Leave to cool.
Variation: Stir in 15 ml mustard seeds and 15 ml dried mixed herbs at the end of cooking process.
