Creamy Salad Dressing
Makes ± 600ml
30ml (2T) vinegar
- Beat vinegar, eggs, sugar, salt, pepper and mustard powder together. Stir in cream.
- Over medium heat, slowly bring to the boil, stirring continuously until mixture thickens.
- Leave to cool. Bottle and seal.
Hint: This homemade dressing is delicious on green salads, potato salad and coleslaw. Add extra mustard powder for a tangier sauce that can also be served with cold meats.
