Maple Syrup Vinaigrette

15 ml (1 T) Huletts Maple Syrup
60 ml (¼ cup) white wine vinegar 
150 ml olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste
  1. Place ingredients in a salad dressing jar and shake well. Shake well again before sprinkling on salad.

Hint: Add 5 ml (1 t) red crushed chili flakes or 5 ml (1 t) horseradish for a bit of bite.
