Peanut Butter Biscuits

Peanut Butter Biscuits



50 g butter
200 g peanut butter
400 g (500ml) Huletts Brown Sugar
2 extra-large eggs, beaten
5ml vanilla essence
480 g (860ml) cake flour
10ml baking powder
2ml salt
150ml milk



  1. Preheat oven to 190 °C
  2. Mix the butter and peanut butter together in an electric mixer.
  3. Add the brown sugar, a little at a time and beat well after each addition.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla essence and beat well.
  5. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together and stir into the butter and sugar mixture.
  6. Add the milk and using the K beater of the mixer, knead well.
  7. Add more milk if the mixture is to dry.
  8. Using your hands, form even sized balls and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  9. Distribute evenly and leave spaces in between the biscuits to spread.
  10. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes.
