Strawberries Romanoff

A wonderful summer treat!


2 cups double thick yogurt
½ cup Huletts brown sugar
½ t cinnamon
1 t pure vanilla extract
4 T strawberry liqueur
hulled and cut into chunks fresh strawberries
toasted pecans


  1. Set yogurt into a very fine sieve early in the day and let it drain.
  2. In a stainless steel bowl, mix yogurt, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and liqueur, and chill.
  3. Arrange strawberries into serving dishes and divide topping over the strawberries, sprinkle with the pecans and serve.
  4. Tip: A little chopped fresh mint would be a nice addition to this dessert.
