Sweet Mustard Sauce

125 ml ( ½ cup) Huletts Golden Syrup
60 ml ( ¼ cup) Wholegrain Mustard
30 ml (2 T) Vinegar
125 ml ( ½ cup) Water
3 ml ( ½ t) English Mustard
30 ml (2 T) Huletts White Sugar
125 ml ( ½ cup) Cream

Method: 

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients, except the cream, together in a saucepan.
  2. Slowly bring to the boil, stirring until it thickens.
  3. Remove from the heat and stir in the cream (do not allow to boil once cream has been added).

Serving Suggestions: Serve with ribs, chicken, kebabs, or any smoked meat.
