Banana Breakfast Mug Cake
Make this delicious Breakfast Mug Cake because it’s easy, fun, sticky and scrumptious! Just remember to clean up afterwards!

Ingredients
- ½ banana, mashed
- 15 ml sunflower oil
- 1 large egg
- 15 ml low fat milk
- 45 ml Huletts Maple Syrup
- 60 ml self-raising wheat flour
- A pinch of Cinnamon
- 2 ml salt
- 15 ml nuts, chopped (optional)
- 15 ml raisins (optional)
- 1 Large Coffee Mug
- Huletts Syrup to serve
Method
- Add the banana, oil, egg and milk to your mug. Mix well with a fork.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth using a teaspoon or fork.
- Microwave on high for 2 – 3 minutes until cake has risen up out of the mug. Ask your mum for help taking it out of the microwave as it will be very hot.
- Eat while still lovely and warm with extra syrup Yum Yum!
