BBQ Cooked Ribs

Ingredients

  • 125 ml tomato juice
  • 30 ml Huletts Molasses
  • 125 ml Worcestershire sauce
  • 60 g dried cranberries
  • 1 kg smoked pork ribs

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Cook all the ingredients, except the ribs, over a low heat until reduced and sticky.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Store the sauce in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  5. Pat the ribs dry with paper towel.
  6. Place them on an oven tray and coat well with the barbeque sauce.
  7. Roast for about 45 minutes until caramelised and sticky.
  8. Serve with hot chips and extra sauce on the side.
