Ingredients
- 125 ml tomato juice
- 30 ml Huletts Molasses
- 125 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 60 g dried cranberries
- 1 kg smoked pork ribs
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Cook all the ingredients, except the ribs, over a low heat until reduced and sticky.
- Blend until smooth.
- Store the sauce in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- Pat the ribs dry with paper towel.
- Place them on an oven tray and coat well with the barbeque sauce.
- Roast for about 45 minutes until caramelised and sticky.
- Serve with hot chips and extra sauce on the side.
