Brown Sugar Rubbed Steak

Ingredients
- 45 mg coarse salt
- 15 mg onion powder
- 15 mg garlic powder
- 10 mg paprika
- 15 mg black pepper
- 15 mg Huletts Brown Sugar
- 2 ½ mg nutmeg
- 6 x 200 g rump steaks
Method
Dry Ingredients
- Combine all the dry ingredients.
The Steaks
- Rub onto the steaks.
- Heat a grill pan over a high heat. When it is smoking hot, grill the steaks for 2-4 minutes on each side, depending on how rare you like them.
