Ingredients
Frozen berry and mint Daiquiri
- 250ml berry juice
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 lime, juiced
- 5 fresh mint leaves
- 2 Tbs Huletts Caramel Sugar
- 1 cup crushed ice
To garnish:
- Fresh mint
- Fresh Berries
Method
- Place the juice, frozen berries, lime juice, mint, sugar and ice.
- Blend until smooth then pour into tall glasses.
- Serve with a straw, garnished with fresh mint and berries.

Freeze fruit the right way…
Master the frozen fruit
Simply coat frozen fruit in a small amount of flour before adding to pie or cake mixtures. The flour prevents the fruit from sinking to the bottom of the pan.
Sugar lasts!
When sugar is stored properly (in a cool, dry place) it will last for years, and is often used as a natural preservative, for example in canned fruit, jams and marmalades.
