Island Punch For Halloween

Our Halloween Punch recipe is subtly themed, yet eerie-sistibly sweet.

Ingredients

  • 750ml freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 125ml Huletts White sugar
  • 500ml white wine or 250ml vodka or 500ml grape juice
  • 500ml freshly chopped fruit
  • 500ml pineapple juice
  • 1 litre soda water
  • Ice

Method

  1. Mix the orange juice, sugar, wine/vodka/grape juice and fruit. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Chill
  2. Just before serving mix all the ingredients together.
  3. Place in a big punch bowl with a ladle to serve. Serve immediately.
