Lamb Burgers
Homemade ground lamb burgers are a great alternative to their usual counterparts.

Ingredients
For the patties
- 1 kg lamb mince
- ½ onion, diced and fried in oil
- 1 extra large egg
- Mint, dried
- Cumin, ground
- 15 mg Huletts White Sugar
- 8 mg salt
- 5 mg black pepper
To serve
- 6 burger buns, cut in half and toasted
- Fresh rocket
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 250 ml tzatziki
- 1 onion, sliced
Method
Ingredients
- Combine all the patty ingredients and mix well. Form into 6 patties (150 – 200 g each).
For the patties
- Cook the patties in a little oil until golden brown.
For the burgers
- Build the burgers by placing rocket, tomato slices and then the burger patty on a bun.
- Top with tzatziki and onion slices.
