This pudding is delicious served with rich vanilla ice cream or custard.

Make your own custard by heating up 500ml milk. Mix 45ml custard powder, 45ml Huletts White Sugar, and 60ml water in a small jug. Pour into the heated milk and stir until smooth and thickened. Add 5ml of vanilla essence and serve.
